How to cook

Mix 100g with 2 large cups of cold water and soak for 15 minutes. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. For a gravy version, cook onion and tomato in a little oil, add the soaked mixture, adjust with a little hot water and simmer for 10 minutes.
